We worked with Microsoft to conceptualize and produce a podcast diving deeper into the themes of their 2020 International Women’s Day campaign. Rooted in conversation and tied together by a bespoke musical toolkit, "How'd she do that?" is a podcast series that tells the stories of trailblazing women in STEM-adjacent careers across five episodes.

The podcast is hosted by Taylor Trudon, a writer focused on Gen Z whose work has appeared in such publications as the New York Times. We worked with Taylor to develop a conversational interview style that could create moments of inspiration for young women at the start of their journeys in STEM.
Our guests include Katie Sowers, the first female and first openly LGBTQIA+ assistant coach in the Super Bowl; Emily Adams Bode, the award-winning designer behind BODE; Halee Mason, lead data scientist at esports outfit Cloud9; Grace Nshimiyumukiza, a digital literacy educator at the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya; and Anna Miller, a 12-year-old coder and accessibility activist.
